Only divas tend to make good money here--and only if you've partied enough with upper management. -Training is NON-existent. -Reactive hiring practices (i.e. overworked). -All jobs/performance/etc on the West Coast are invisible to Phil/Liz. Only big promotions happen on East Coast. -You WILL work LONG hours and over weekends. You WILL be very stressed and not have enough support. You WILL NEVER advance enough to call this a long term career.
