      Opportunities to advance if goals are met, constant feedback on performance, ability to travel if you have the right kind of client base

      Cons

      Unless you were one of the first people to start with TransPerfect, you will never make the same amount of money as senior management, commission structures are far lower than they used to be; arbitrary rules and goals are set forth but rarely are they followed through on or implemented for the long-term

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
