      You will be able to learn basic of project management from fresh, the training process will help you ease into the role. Daily workload is very dependent on which production team/unit you will be working in.

      Cons

      Chance for career growth seems slim. This may also depend on which team you will be placed.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
