Pros
Nothing. I came to Two Sigma after being recruited by several people within my department. Everything that I was told/promised that my role would entail... simply never came to be and won't now or in the future. It has been incredibly clear the company's mindset around talent and growth is so far "our" competitors.
Cons
Everything. Prior to joining, I believed Two Sigma was one of the best companies to work for and truly invested in their employees. And while I have been working along side some of the brightest people on the planet, Two Sigma needs to be retrospective and change... otherwise it will be nearly impossible to retain such bright minded people.
