      Pros

      Regular paycheck, decent benefits, nice lavatories.

      Cons

      Bullying, nasty, accounting driven environment. TOXIC. Imagine "Revenge of the Nerds" who actually have money. Their upper level management are living the dream in their tax dodge fiefdom, the bullying, bs and downward pressure on salaries, budget and work load is constant and surreal. You're just there to make them their millions, and they have NO PROBLEM verbalizing that. At least it's out in the open, no games there, huh?

      Pros

      Great team that I worked with. We had a lot of fun and leasing was straight forward. Generous commissions and good sales training.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth as people stayed in their roles for a long time.
