9yThanks for taking the time to write up this review. A byproduct of Uber's fast pace and the opportunity for employees to take the next step in their careers is having lots of new managers. While we love that we have employees across Uber stepping up into management roles, we've received consistent feedback across internal surveys, Glassdoor, and other sources that new manager training is needed, so we're rolling out training programs throughout this year and next to address this.
