Pros
I've worked on Wall St and graduated from a Top Tier MBA program, but I've never had the joy of working with so many smart and passionate people as I have at Uber. The environment is one where people work extremely hard because they are personally bought into the company mission and are passionate about their work product. This is an environment where great ideas are rewarded and every employee is encouraged to innovate.
Cons
If you are someone that is looking for a 9-5 job, you have found the wrong place. The collective push of an entire organization that is singularly focused on a larger shared goal is amazing for me to be a part of, but its not for everyone.
