Get in the field early with your reps, in my case I was kinda stuck without a sales manager at first.
Also tweak your training. Stop focusing on being so formal CNAs don't go down like that and you know it. Also your VIP Audit pretty much falls on deaf ears with the client base everyone offers it, I very rarely get a CNA by offering a VIP.
Improve the connection between service and sales. Especially after a close and before an install.
