Benefits are OK Plant Personel work hard Quality of Products are OK Service is OK For the most part, RSR are some of the hardest working people

Inexperience management who like to use intimidation No knowledge of what is true customer service More worried about getting contracts signed without building relationships with potential clients Bordering ethics when attempting to add new clients Sale Reps are treated like dirty Sales and Regional Sales have very little knowledge of managing sales reps This is a low-down industry where there is little difference between the major players. All of them are train to mislead the end user. UniFirst is no different.
