That is not an exaggeration, need to thin it out, and get managers that really care. -Everyone is overworked, and expect way to much of the employees. -Never feel like you are successful even when hitting numbers, it always seems like there is something you are doing wrong -Disconnect between the specialties, why have it so segregated? -Salesforce is a great tool, but there is too much of an emphasis on it. Many companies use it, but United Rentals abuses it. Unrealistic expectations, and everyone is adding fluff.
