      Pros

      UR truly values their employees. they have curated an inclusive, diverse, welcoming work space. They provide so many opportunities for career development and personal growth and promote within.

      Cons

      Only con I can share is that often times it feels like we are running extremely lean staff wise. It would be nice to add a couple extra bodies so we aren't running full speed ahead 24/7 and take a little bit of pressure off of the shop technicians.

      Pros

      For the most part, United Rentals is a great company to work for. They care about their employees & promote growth from within.

      Cons

      The RELIABLE ONSITE SERVICES division is a total and complete DISGRACE to United Rentals name due to the Management team. Over worked and under-paid. Drivers should never come close to exceeding their DOT hours. Service trucks continuously break down, sometimes for weeks at a time. Promises are made by management but are not carried out. The way routes are dispatched is completely not efficient nor achievable. Employee's are moved in to the wrong positions.
