Favoritism is widely practiced in Airwatch. Management consistently offers some employees the best and most highly-regarded projects, even though those employees do not perform well enough to deserve them. Company morale is very low. No matter what you do, your efforts won’t be rewarded if you’re not one of the favored few that often will try to frustrate your activity. Do not expect human resources personnel to conduct an investigation: they have a mortgage to pay. A lot of things are compromised in this process and it is a slap in the face of those who have dignity, integrity, and the commitment needed for their work.
