      - Lots of work and experience available - Option for Hybrid work - Opportunity to work on different projects and initiatives - Great environment (people are friendly and helpful) - Management is understanding and try to be as helpful as possible

      - Can be stressful - High expectations at times - Expect sometimes long hours - Poor management of resources and project planning in the company overall - Management can be a bit out of touch sometimes - A lot of times you might be left on your own to figure things out

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
