      Very well organized and structured company to work for. They have their act together in terms of senior management. Lots of growth opportunities. Growing company.

      Cons

      Work life balance. As an EXA i was expected to work around 50 hours a week, specially during the holiday season.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
