Pros
The money is good, they pay better than anyone else when it comes to pharmacy retail management. MGT's make more than Rite Aid Store Managers starting out.
Cons
-The stress level -The lack of communication -The technological infrastructure is way behind -How they do reviews- You tend to feel blindsided because most of the store managers I've dealt with are non-confrontational, so if you're doing bad you don't know and if you're doing good you don't know. -The staff can make libelous and false claims against management with no repercussion. I met with lost prevention over 30 times on alleged conduct issues and was only found in the wrong twice. But I was not allowed to file misconduct charges against the staff members lying about my conduct. -They are getting rid of the pay grade so no one will make MGT money every again. -The health benefits are horrible. It sucks to work for a "health care" company and you can't afford to go to your own doctor.
