Pros
Stable, financially secure, challenging, competitive pay, good benefits, profit sharing. With more than 250,000 people company-wide, Walgreens still manages to balance the needs of the business with the needs of the employees. Great HR partnerships that offer coaching/training to employees. Excellent offering of on-campus learning opportunities & classes. Great people. Great leadership.
Cons
Like any big business, there is always more work than people to do it, but in my opinion that's better than the alternative.
