      It is a job and you get money to w.ork there. Not bad pay and some coworkers are nice

      Well, the stress levels are at an all new high, witht the downsizing and the and the pay cuts and the axe swinging over you every day!

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
