      family oriented, when you hurt some of them hurt, you eityher fit in or you don't

      the only ones to get a bonus are the ones in managment, but the peaonsdo most of the work"figure that one out" if they are in a good mood things go great, but you know the saying 1 bad apple spoils the whole bunch now you know the rest of the story!!!

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
