If you get in the right people you can have whatever schedule you want, and they have pretty good policies on vacation
Cons
a lot of times management doesn't take action when something needs to be done. they often don't communicate with the employee which can be frustrating if you are doing something that isn't correct or should be done differently they will often write you up, not explain what you did and how to change.
