Pros

The homeoffice is like a small college campus. Over 30 buildings and 18,000 associates. That being said, you can literally have any type of job here from shows and events, to training to lawyer to flying company planes etc. You never get bored. People normally stay at their job for about 3-4 years before trying something new. Also, one Saturday a month we have Saturday morning meetings, and always have a celebrity to come Fun environment to work

Cons

Can be political and about who you know if you want to keep climbing the corporate ladder

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
