Pros

We had a decent base salary but needs to be improved. Our work schedule is three days on three days off working shifts from 7am to 8pm. Schedule is consistent so you can plan your personal life far out in advance.

Cons

While the three on three off is a great schedule, it doesn't work for our store to run its business. Need to go back to the old schedule of working five days a week from 7am to 6pm. Associate morale is down in stores because of so many constant changes in company. Very inconsistent with senior leadership in company. Too many changes, overwhelming stores with emails, phone calls and different direction day to day.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
