Cons
The managers dont even know what the hell they are doing. The organization in this store was a joke. One manager would say one thing then another manager would say something completely different. The pay is a joke. We get paid half of what we should be getting paid to put up with the crap. The managers of TLE dont know crapabout cars. They stand and stare at the cars wondering what the hell to do. Then they call a joke of a tech and asks him and takes his advice and runs with it. ultimately damaging the vehicle. Its kinda funny to watch but rather annoying when you are watching your superior screw up a customers car and you have to be the one to explain it to the customer.
