1.Wal-Mart offers 401k to its full time employees. 2.They have a solid and fluid online time management system that is efficiently managed. 3. Time for break and religious prayers periods for only Muslims . 4. They have a nice break room for your 1 hour rest during break time. 5. Walmart accepts every hand that wants to work. 6. Wal-Mart donate fresh foods to homes and orphanages. 7. Its does employ people of colour . 8. The pay is good.
Cons
No clear career guidelines. 1. Work for the night isn't defined so you turn to work everywhere. 2. For some reason I don't know new employees are not told what to do when an injury occurs. 3. If you are black , be prepared to work more extra than other colour. 4. Teamleads speak any how they want to you . 5. If you are black be ready to forfeit your breaktime because you will work more the assigned daily task. If you don't finish stocking exactly at the given time, supervisors will shout at you . 6.Time system that has no room for absenteeism.
