Pros
Free Wawa drinks while working. Ability for certain roles to work from home frequently. Great employee appreciation events. Ok pay, depending on the role. Good benefits and 401k match.
Cons
The people working in the corporate offices are a bit snobby. They make new comers feel very unwelcome and are all very attached to the "wawa way" (which really is just having to sit through 10 meetings about the same topic before anything changes). I've working at multiple big name firms and this is by far the most inefficient company yet. Not much possibility for promotions since they always seem to find someone "more qualified" that is an external candidate.
