Pros
1. Very down-to-earth people 2. Really live their values and the Team-member handbook is very much alive 3. Collaboration and sociualization are key ways of doing business 4. Very many tenured people, many of who spend all their careers at Wells Fargo
Cons
1. Might have taken their Risk Management practices to an extreme 2. No clear strategy for accelerating exceptional young talent - need to earn tenure stripes at every level 3. Perhaps too many in middle management, amking it really hard to take action quickly
