Wednesday Mornings are given back to employees.
Office is good and theirs good health and fitness benefits.
Cons
50% time in office. Engineering technology in application development is a bit behind the times. This adds a lot of friction to the delivery process. If you are used to quick delivery and start-up environments, this will be a shock to the system.
