Pros

Loved working there when it was good. Good people for the most part. It was pretty lax except for live segments. If you get good at it, it's pretty satisfying. Just make sure they schedule you enough and you should love it.

Cons

They hired me for the nightshifts then eventually stopped doing nightshifts, forcing me to work about once a week. I then got rusty. I made mistakes. I was yelled at. I left shortly after. They pay like dirt. $10/hour to manage several concurrent radio stations? Nah. It's very easy to throw everything out of order if you press the wrong button. Some higher-ups or long-standing employees seem like robots. Pretty hard to move up the ladder. One person said they'd been there for a few years and only gotten paid marginally better than me and was bottlenecked for the position that he wanted.

Pros

The team is very straightforward and helpful and they are willing to give you whatever tools necesary to win. One of the best teams I have ever worked with to be honestly.

Cons

Not many but you need to be flexible with hours as this is production work but that is industry standard.

Pros

Vast Resources available, biggest player in radio, multiple opportunities for growth, commissions and bonuses among the best out there

Cons

Very minimal base salary for sales positions, surprisingly low for national account executives. Moving goal posts all the time as well on performance and there's usually a sense of angst wondering if middle management positions will get eliminated at any time
