I have been working at Etech full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great environment, caring & supportive management team, promotes from within and really cares for their employees! Overall it's a GREAT place to work!

    Cons

The starting salary is $8/hr and if on a sales campaign commission is available however the hourly rates should be adjusted to fit the current cost of living. Even McDonalds pays more😢

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!!

I have been working at Etech full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule on some campaigns and insurance

    Cons

Very poorly run, unfair treatment of employees, unfair treatment of diabled employees with certain medical issues, horrible pay, no sick days ( you get PTO time but it is not really enough to cover getting sick and holidays), you only get 2 raises if you do not go to management (one aftrer being there 2 years then the next is after you have been there 5 years and each time it is only 50 cents), the atmosphere is very childish on the floor (people screaming, laughing, and playing games so load that you can not hear the person you are talking to on the phone), and there is also very bad company ethics (you work with out having a contract with the client, info is also with held from clients, some campaigns are trained well and some is horrible).

    Advice to Management

Treat employees like people not some one that fills a seat and fairly. Need more competitive wedges and better treatment of disabled employees.

    Pros

You have a great opportunity to move up and make money.

    Cons

There is a cap on moving up, and it is hard to get more than 2 days off in a row if you needed to.

I have been working at Etech full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very good opportunities to move up as long as you work to excel.

Schedules can shift a good bit when starting out as a floor agent.

I have been working at Etech full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A great place to grow not only professionally, but personally.
You develop skills that can be used both in and outside of the work place
Super flexible with hours, I attended undergrad and worked full time
-TUITION REIMBURSEMENT- I got paid to make good grades

    Cons

It seems easy to be overlooked if your a mid level performer
Unlimited overtime often available, so it's hard to not want to be at work all the time
Sometimes you have to pick up the slack of your team member

    Advice to Management

Make it your duty to have 1 on 1 with every member of your team at least once a week. If it has to be scheduled then do sp. Top and mid level performers seem forgotten about when sole focus shifts to coaching bottom performers only.

I worked at Etech full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Decent pay for the area

    Cons

They could never get their stuff together. Every day something within the campaign was changing because they could not make up their mind about what they wanted. They had managers on the floor who had experience or business on the floor. The managers do not care about their job, or their employees. They will tell you a bald face lie just to get what they want out of you, then get mad when confronted about it. When you go to HR about anyone, EVERYONE knows about it. They do not care about their employees. Every payday the checks where WRONG!!!! The people in payroll had no idea how to rip people off. Kept coming up with reasons not to pay commission.

    Advice to Management

Get your stuff together!!! Then maybe you can keep people there. Treat people like people. Don't use people like tools, and lie to them to get what you want. Get some stability and some people in management who know what the hell they're doing.
