      Leadership has done a great job of encouraging a culture of creativity, openness, and "one-team". A common internal chant is "One Team One Goal", and it truly feels that way. One team member's success is acknowledged as something everyone celebrates & values. Shout-outs are common on the Slack channel. If you're looking to join a team and make a difference, you have the freedom to offer suggestions, and drive initiatives forward, collaborating across departments easily. Very flat org with little micro-managing and strong collaboration & support.

      Cons

      Would love to see more diversity in the workforce (gender, race, orientation, etc.). Also, there could be more done to improve culture, perks, and workplace fun.
