I worked at ExamOne part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The real applicants not the paid mystery shoppers who are paid extremely well.

    Cons

Toxic environment .What the manager wants, she gets.

    Advice to Management

Listen to someone older and wiser than you are. Age is not a disease, nor is a disability. Disability trumps an office job. I was told upon my hiring prior to the merger with Quest, I was told by the manager that Quest will never hire me,and it was her daughter that had the desk job, perfect for my bad back.

    Pros

Flexible schedule, great job & good work experience.

    Cons

I have been working at ExamOne part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Autonomy, ability to change schedule as needed to accommodate my child's schooling and activities.

    Cons

You need to be experienced when starting this type of work because of the minimal supervision, although not much of a con for me.
On boarding was a bit of a pain but doable
    More EKG machines are needed

    Advice to Management

Provide more IPads to those that want one (I do not)
Have more EKG machines available or make it worthwhile for an examiner to self purchase.

I worked at ExamOne full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It was a great job. I'd still be there if my immediate supervisor wasnt so moody and unprofessional

    Cons

As a staff member, you have little contact with corporate so you are at the mercy of whatever job conditions exist in the office which werent good. Supervisor not stable.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to the turnover rate of CSRs at this office

    Cons

Low pay, unrealistic expectations, much effort must be placed on paperwork and any little error causes major problems.

    Advice to Management

Understand how hard it is to be driving around to see people, in traffic, having no shows and therefore no pay
