I have been working at Exit Realty full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This franchise model favors the associates while still providing profitability for the franchise owners. EXIT Realty offers the complete range of programs and systems that one would expect from a major brand. The big difference is Residuals that reward associates for helping to build the brand, which can be taken into retirement and which can transfer to a beneficiary.

    Cons

Not as well recognized as a brand as other franchises.

    Advice to Management

Need more outreach to the public and within the industry to enhance brand recognition.

    Pros

You don't have to earn your way up to a 70/30 split, you start at that, with potential for a better split for high producers. There are 3 brokers, so between them, they are the wikipedia of all things Real Estate. They are pretty good at responding when you have questions or need guidance, I usually hear back from them on the same day. This is a very low pressure, go at your own pace brokerage. There are lots of part timers, and they are never pressured to make quotas or explain low production. While it's highly encouraged to attend the weekly sales meetings, it's not required, so you're the type that doesn't like mandatory meetings, this is for you. Lots of floor time opportunities available to those that want to do it, and you can choose from 6 different locations, 7 if you include the relocation center that just opened in the Jacksonville International Airport. Tons of training is available through their online university, covering almost any aspect or scenario you could imagine in real estate. There is a lot of community spirit and support from the other agents, as well as the admins and receptionists. They also have a residual program for recruiting agents, which is a nice way to earn extra income. I know I am leaving several pro's out, I may update this post as I think of them.

    Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any!

    Advice to Management

None! Keep doing what you're doing!
