Pros

Good London office ; used to have dedicated staff

Cons

The sociologist Diane Vaughan coined the term “normalization of deviance” to describe how, over time, a culture can become so used to dysfunctional that the abnormal becomes standard procedure. Basically, what that means is the exhaustion doesn’t come from the work itself. It comes from the endless invisible maneuvering required just to get through the day. You’ll notice it at FNZ when sending a standard email requires a 10-minute strategic review of who needs to be copied just to protect yourself. It’s when urgency is manufactured because leadership lacks planning, and your ability to absorb their chaos without complaining is suddenly praised as resilience. The truth is, a toxic culture rarely looks like constant screaming. It usually looks like a place where surviving the environment has quietly become the actual job. But , don’t take my word for it, here are some facts - biggest losses ever posted this year - biggest redundancies ever this year - second worst employee net promoter score ever this year - biggest employee turnover ever this year - employees are suing the company - clients are suing the company Talent is rushing to the exit … all that is left is overpaid senior managers
