There has been a lot of turnover with upper management. The current leaders don't appear to share a common vision or possess the ability to share vision and direction with staff. This seems to lead to a high level of employee dissatisfaction and confusion. The corporate culture does not foster communication, collaboration, autonomy, discussion, questioning, debate, or planning. Upper management tends to be segregated from the rest of the company.
