      Location. Easy reach location in the City

      Cons

      Poor management Endless temps/contractors Not paid on time Chaotic working Not a friendly environment Quite nasty in fact Grotty office Had to purchase own equipment and refreshments Unprofessional company No training No prospects of development Pay is way beneath market scale compared to other similar companies

      Pros

      The odd day outs. The odd take away. A lot of skills to be absorbed.

      Cons

      Management - very poor. Major lack of communication. A lot of arguments between employees as well as an employee leaving the company every 6 months or so, which is pretty poor
