      Pros

      - Everyone feels a big part of the company - Company is doing very well and shares bonus - New employees get a very warm welcome - Not much hierarchy or bureaucracy - hires direct and gives benefits plus 401k - no overtime - low stress - can come to work in casual clothes

      - need to be self motivated

      Pros

      The only pro I can think of is the free snacks.

      Cons

      Management in the Sacramento office was horrible. The job was advertised as a marketing position, but it's really a call center. They are incredibly strict with no room for personality or freedom. There is even a spreadsheet where they mark you as late if you are not there on the dot. The work is incredibly demeaning.
