      free clothing, fun holiday party, opportunity to grow thick skin

      Cons

      Extremely toxic management styles and favoritism. Harassment, bullying, verbal abuse. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional, always “rebuilding”. Horrible pay way below market. Dusty and old office that hasn’t been cleaned in years. HR COULD NOT BE be more unprofessional. Does not take any reports seriously if they affect the office favorites. No lunch break—looked down upon to even leave the office to grab lunch.

      Good corporate experience. Nice clothing allowance. Travel and independence.

      Low pay. Poor company culture. Crappy travel per diem. Corporate mentality that is mundane and boring for a fashion company.

      Failing business People have been there for years and say they want fresh eyes but they do not Toxic and cliquey No training, even when you ask for help then will hold it against you Directors have no skills to run a team or create a successful environment Harassment, threats, passive aggressive attitudes, gatekeeping, gaslighting, unreasonable expectations Little to no communication or transparency Terrified of change and will not implement it Will approve things then say they didn’t and hold you responsible Everything is done manually
