    Pros

    They had the potential to develop a great product that is unique in the market.

    Cons

    Like so many companies they focused on New Sales and Product Development and left the actual customer service and support to flounder.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on your Employees - when are you going to Wake Up and realize that you lose Good People every day by not valuing them and your Company and your Customers suffer as a result???

    Great people made this a super place to work.

    Cons

    With the merger with Landesk and creation of new company "Ivanti" it remains to be seen how how it and it's offerings will impact loyal HEAT Service Management customer base.

    Management gets it. They realize to have a successful work atmosphere; you must have adequate training and education.

    Salary not up to industry standard.

    Pros

    I think the company has made some great changes over the past few year, that are now bearing fruit. The people are committed and hard working - good leadership changes over past year.

    Cons

    Having 2 offices where most of business gets done - it would be easier if we worked out of 1 location.
