Pros

Hard working, smart people as coworkers. Decent pay. Growth potential for hard workers. Small agency where you will need to work across many different projects simultaneously, which they are up front about.

Cons

Toxic leadership. Zero work life balance

This former team member had a disappointing experience at our organization and we own that. I have posted this on our internal slack channel to get insight from our ranks on areas we can improve upon to combat any team member feeling this way. While this review is the polar opposite of most reviews on Glassdoor, we take every review seriously as an opportunity to look inward and improve our employee experience. Matthew Iovanni - CEO

Pros

Community, clients, colleagues, promote within, and growth

Cons

It all starts at the ceo and goes down from there. He is a phenomenal business man when it comes to putting out fires or getting clients to sign a new contact, and truly speaks like a politician, making you believe everything he is saying in the moment. Although, The way he treats his internal staff is something I have never seen before, this includes name calling, raised voices, gas lighting and setting up a career road map that leads to nothing (you’re just left with more responsibility and less pay). He cannot say no to a client so will onboard anyone and everything without making sure the company has the bandwidth to do so. It’s a “we’re spread thin” kind of life here. Anything that has to do with sales and commission; run. They are extremely untrustworthy on how they handle bonuses and commissions, and usually the client thinks the bonus or commission will be going to the rep responsible, when it reality it probably goes to buying some hotel.

Pros

- You will work with some of the most driven, highly intelligent, creative, and innovative human beings on planet earth: be prepared to feel inspired and motivated on a whole new level - You will learn more in a few months at FullFunnel than you will in a few years elsewhere: the work is challenging, and while you are constantly operating in a space that might be outside of your comfort zone, the growth you will experience in return is monumental - You can remove words like "bored" or "my terrible boss" from your vocabulary: it is all hands on deck, all of the time. Everyone is fully committed to the growth and success of the organization, and everyone plays an integral role in it - The sky is the limit: you will not only be encouraged to obtain new skills and set higher goals for yourself as a professional, you will have access to all of the tools/outside resources you might need, and will receive full support in your pursuit

Cons

- For better, or for worse...prepare to become hyper aware of how you spend your time, who you spend it with, and what you have accomplished in it - You'll likely find yourself thinking about work more than you care to admit
