    Pros

People, salary and benefits are very competitive.

Upper mangers that are put in GM roles they have no clue on the business they are managing.

Executive team book smart but not industry and/ or street smart.

    Advice to Management

Please do not put managers in roles that they are not equipped to manage a total business. unit. The responsibility of managing a business unit should not be on longevity at company or how much of a class clown you are to hide insecurities.

I have been working at GOJO full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's a job and the holiday schedule is good.

    Cons

Poor Pay, Unfair HR practices, Low pay increases.

    Advice to Management

Most people work in order to pay their bills, primarily. Please change your low pay and low yearly increases. This just hurts morale and forces younger people to look elsewhere.

I worked at GOJO full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Joe the CEO is a nice man but he is totally out of touch with his company

    Cons

Management is weak, old school and unsupportive of their employees. Many have been in place for decades and need to move on. They violate basic human resource tennents.

Additionally they make skin care and are trying RTU disinfectants under Purcell brand. Lots of competition from other companies that do more. The future may not be bright due to their limited offering

    Advice to Management

Follow basic human resource tennents regarding employee performance, issues etc
