      Pros

      Great people to work with. Friendly, loyal staff with lots of employees staying 10-20 years. Good benefits under Ebsco ownership.

      Cons

      Technology shortcomings and upper management decisions caused downward spiral and eventual sale. Many years with no salary increases.
