Pros
Work from home, equipment sent to you to use, health insurance option. Contract job for 6 months possible hire
Cons
I thought the job was working with providers. For the client I worked for it was a phone call center job. On the phone all day. Some days back to back calls. You can’t hang up

Pros
Overall, my colleagues and managers were very nice. The training program was excessive but they made sure you understood how to do everything before sending you out onto the floor.
Cons
Unfortunately, there are more cons than pros. For starters, the favoritism in the office is unbelievable. This environment is very much like feed the rich and neglect everyone else. The whole time I worked here, I felt like I was given the scraps after the top performing recruiters have worked these prio jobs to death. The commission structure is atrocious and there are too many variables that interfere with you getting paid. All your efforts don't matter unless you are making the company money. A lot of the clients that HCS is supporting are companies that have a bad reputations, do not have competitive pay, and have been rumored to not treat their employees well. Good luck hunting.

Pros
I love my management team. Very supportive and wants you to succeed.
Cons
You will need to hustle in order to succeed.

Pros
The team culture is very evident, a lot of laughter in the office, management team is not just nice but kind and cares about your success as a person. VERY new recruiter friendly. I don't think I have ever been put through a more well-organized and thought-out training program during my 10-plus years in the workforce.
Cons
New on the job, so none yet. Processes and systems seem set up to help you succeed. It can be a discouraging industry for new professionals but it's a numbers game and this job helps you set up your funnel from calls all the way down to pre-screens, interviews and submittals.

Pros
Team leads and individuals still really care about its employees and the work environment is great.
Cons
With new acquisitions the bottom line has been pushed at the expense of it's employees and further compensation or even fair compensation has been withheld.

Cons
Hard to fill job orders in current market

Pros
HSS has excellent leadership and culture. As a Recruiter, a six figure income can easily be achieved if you are not lazy and are consistently putting your best foot forward. Additionally, top producers are rewarded with a company car, annual incentive trip, and promotions. This is not an agency where you are micromanaged. It's a very simple job. If you're a hard worker you will be successful and if you're lazy you will not last. If you are driven and looking to make six figures (multiple six figures within a calendar year has also been achieved by several recruiters) this is the company you are looking for. There are a lot of employees that have been here 5 + years which is a testament to leadership. If you are someone that is ambitious seeking a position that offers work life balance, work from home flexibility, and great income then this will likely be a good fit for you.
Cons
When comparing this to other staffing agencies, I honestly cannot think of any cons. It's the best you're going to get in my opinion.

Pros
Office location was clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Cons
I feel compelled to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with Healthcare Support. Unfortunately, my time with this company was marked by an appalling commission structure, an incredibly toxic work environment, and unrealistic expectations that left me feeling drained and undervalued. To begin, the commission structure at Healthcare Support was nothing short of exploitative. Despite promises of fair compensation, the reality was far from it. The structure was convoluted, making it nearly impossible to earn a reasonable income. It felt as if the company was more interested in lining their own pockets than ensuring the financial well-being of their employees. What made matters worse was the toxic work environment fostered by Healthcare Support. Instead of promoting a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, the culture was rife with negativity, favoritism, and a blatant disregard for professionalism. Management turned a blind eye to employees using stimulants and other substances, creating an unsafe and unproductive workplace. It was disheartening to witness such disregard for the well-being and health of employees. Adding insult to injury, Healthcare Support had unrealistic expectations that left employees feeling overwhelmed and set up for failure. The workload was unreasonably heavy, with unreasonable targets that seemed unattainable. Rather than providing the necessary resources and support, management simply piled on more responsibilities without considering the detrimental impact on work-life balance and mental well-being. Furthermore, the issue of favoritism within the company was painfully apparent. Certain employees received preferential treatment, while others were overlooked and undervalued. This created a divisive and demoralizing atmosphere, eroding trust and fostering a sense of inequality among the team. In conclusion, I strongly advise against seeking employment with Healthcare Support. Their poor commission structure, toxic work environment, and unrealistic expectations are clear indications of a company that fails to prioritize the well-being and success of its employees. The allowance of substance abuse and the prevalence of favoritism only further highlight the deeply flawed and unethical practices within the organization. Spare yourself the distress and disappointment by pursuing opportunities with companies that value their employees and foster a positive, fair, and professional work environment.
