      Pros

      Office is located in mid-town, so it is convenient for meetings. Benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      It is difficult to get promoted, especially if you are not German.

      Pros

      Nice people mostly. Relaxed working environment. Great benefits: dental, medical, vision, 401K.

      Cons

      No career advancement. Processes are outdated and systems not user friendly. Poor logic applied and no way of changing that as everything is mostly dictated by home office. Some managers are tyrannical and petty. Some employees utterly incompetent.
