  • Teach you good customer service skills and how to move at a fast pace an stay organized with great employment advantages (in 3 reviews)

  • dish washing by hand with soap meant for a commercial dishwasher ruined my skin, I did night shifts as only waitress/bussboy/cook (in 2 reviews)

    Flexible scheduling. Great co workers. Good management

    Cons

    Minimum wage. Working by yourself a lot. People not showing up or being late.

    Figure out a way to pay better

    Pros

    To see customers with a smile and knowing I met to their standards with the customer service I severed them.

    Cons

    There wasn't enough hours for me.

    There are no good reasons to work at the huddle house. The worst job I have ever had.

    The most horrible place ever to work at.

    Advice to Management

    You need to hire all new employees.

    Stay busy, great for getting experience with fast service, keeps you up on multi tasking, teaches patience, money is o.k. if you get on good shift

    Cons

    You will get cussed at a lot, be prepared to work without breaks, be prepared to slip and possibly fall on occasion,

    Advice to Management

    Management is great. I loved my upper management. They would work with me If I had a scheduling problem, gave praise to those that deserved it and they were fun.

    It has great people a great atmosphere and they dont treat you like you are a no body and they train great

    Cons

    One thing i had the hardest time with was learning to make the omletes with out dropping them but i finally got it

    Pros

    Free shift meal, really nothing else

    Cons

    Incompetent coworker, favoritism....many things. Not a good job

    Advice to Management

    Stop showing favoritism at Eatonton location. For GOD'S sake DRUG TEST YOUR EMPLOYEE'S! Manger only wants to hire her family and friends, many come to work "high" on illegal substances.

    It was fast paced and I made good money.

    Cons

    The Management was always changing and most of the employees were on drugs. Did not drug test employees.
