    Pros

Great company that cares for employees, great culture and people that want to do the right thing for customers, and the company is an IT company so is open to flexible work schedules (as long as customers' needs are met or exceeded).

    Cons

There really are not any cons that I can think of; much of their work is as a contractor to the federal government, so is subject to federal budget cycles and contracting. INDUS grew out of the small business status, so now competes as a large business.

    Advice to Management

Management does a good job focusing on bother serving customers or clients, as well as taking care of employees. There are celebrations throughout the year for employees with food. Communications are open and great for employees, at least if you work in the office and not always on client-site.

    Pros

    Cons

none. Best contractor for which I have worked

    Advice to Management

You were out bid by a contractor that was horrible to the employees. Please do not be afraid to take a hit for the betterment of your employees. You guys were really nice to work for.

Management is very supportive of your ideas and suggestions and they have flexible schedule. The company offers good benefits, and also provide additional training to continue learning new skills. You get to work with some great people from all over the world.

    Cons

There is a lot of work, and long hours of work is required to meet the project deadlines.

    Advice to Management

Focus on building long term value.
