    I worked at IPD full-time

    Pros

Open to innovation and new ideas, invaluable contribution for the industry, ever growing company but still great working environment and friendly approach.

    Cons

Should invest more in technology and sales people. Should be braver to expand in Asia. Pay to low compare to market.

    Advice to Management

Be more decisive, invest in your top people and products.

    Pros

Great fast moving business that's quick to react to the market with a great IT roadmap in place. The main thing which drew me to working at IPD was the diverse technologies they used

    Cons

Application support roll dosent really suit me and I want to go back to the more development centred side of things. Great team leader with great management, but the work life balance dosent really do it for me

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing ;)

    Pros

Job feels like it has real meaning - end result leads to major positive change in people's lives. High-performance environment, lots of freedom to "write your own script," lots of recognition for successes, opportunity for leadership and much, much more.

    Cons

Industry currently going through some changes, uncertainty. Possibly more, but can't be sure until the dust settles, so that's the worst of it.

    Advice to Management

Continue to communicate openly, even if the message is "we don't know yet," it helps us feel like insiders. Include us in decision-making and strategization when possible.
