      They care about work life balance. They help with certifications. You can work from home.

      Cons

      Things can change on a daily basis. So if you don't like change I don't recommend working here.

      Work from home is great Flexability for personal needs

      Cons

      Sr management will not take suggestions or accept when they have something wrong or when there is a better way to do something. If you make a suggestion that differs from what they are saying or question a decision or process you're in for a public lashing and being told if you don't like it find a new job. They have implemented processes that force technicians to work nights over and above their regular shift. Insurance is expensive and bad coverage Vacation cannot be rolled over or paid out 1% annual matching of 401k Bonuses are weak no room for advancement Finger-pointing and not taking responsibility
