In midst of re-shapping the company.

      Pros

Private equity firm Avista Capital Partners is in the midst of re-building the company. With a good plan focusing on core strengths, Inform Dx should be able to weather a tough industry undergoing financial and regulatory challenges.

      Cons

With the changes there has been a lot of churn. Still many great employees.

      Pros

Co-workers were awesome, meet some really good people during my time at the company. Most Supervisors I had did not micro-manage, allowed you to work independently. Also allowed changes in shift hours when needed.

      Cons

Yearly raises were a slap in the face even if you received a good review. Not much training. If it were not for my co-workers help and my drive to learn as much as possible I would have drowned. Toward the end, management and procedures were in shambles.

      Pros

Sense of community and professionalism among co- workers, an excellent ' get your foot in the door company if anticipating higher education.

      Cons

Pay is not survivable unless you have a financially stable significant other or roommate etc. - this is with a BS degree ( in an actual science, lol not psych) to begin with. Additionally, expected to work long and extensive hours with high precision and minimal breaks, Structurally under-thought in my opinion, BS degrees are on a much higher difficulty level than are BA - a change should be made point blank- I was only able to get my MS and so forth after leaving this company, but certainly not during.

Expect unmanageable metrics and outside relationship problems

      Pros

People are nice, and the workload wasn't completely unmanageable at first.

      Cons

Benefits will change at the tip of a hat, many times for the worse. Over time, as I stayed, the workload became completely unmanageable with deadline sensitivity, even if one were to theoretically have no breaks and work diligently before a deadline's onset. Made worse only by accepting more case volume from clients, despite how impossible it is to achieve the deadlines. Also don't expect leadership to understand the workflow of anything other than their own department, which created many preventable situations where one department would be unnecessarily making things harder for the next, not because of malice, but because decisions on how to manage workflow were made by people who only understand their own department processes things and not the next department. If you're either night shift or any other unconventional shift, please expect outside relationship problems after as well, and if vacancies come up for a more desirable shift, expect them to just hire new faces for those more desirable hours while keeping you where you are.

RUN. No leadership in Marketing Department - Control Freak

      Apr 16, 2021 - Marketing Manager

      Pros

The department is under new management and is run like first grade classroom. Extreme control, mixed messaging, double standards, day 1 you will receive a threatening 10 Rules to obey or you are fired, micro manager has minimal true sales support and marketing experience, but a writer. Leader is arrogant and pathological liar unfortunately, sad situation. Don't waste your time.

      Cons

Company benefits are good and salary competitive.

      What a joke

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my coworkers

      Cons

Company laid off the entire Daphne Alabama office to move the department to Texas and then started hiring people to work remotely. Those jobs could have been given to those who were laid off. I worked in the Daphne office and watched them lay off hundreds of people in Irving to start our office and then 4 years later lay all of us off to hire new people again in Texas. They could care less about their employees. Even stopped providing toilet paper, trash service and cleaning service in the Daphne office prior to our last day of work.
