    I have been working at Inform Diagnostics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    You learn the proper care of patient specimen from receiving the biopsy all the way until it is cut and stained, ready for the doctors examination. While also gaining a lot of lab experience.

    Cons

    The hours are not always the best choices, sometimes are understaffed

    Work life balance, flexibility, opportunity to learn about the field of pathology and gain confidence in client facing customer service.

    Cons

    The negativity of some people is bringing others down. This makes it difficult to focus on achieving personal and team goals.

    Please do something to address the concerns and negativity. We need to boost up the morale of the employees who are 100% committed.

    Slow paced which made details easier. Friendly co-worked willing to help or receive help.

    Cons

    A lot of "coattail riding" with certain positions. Certain people followed Directors and other Managers around to ensure their own promotions.

    Advice to Management

    Clarity was always an issue, especially in the beginning of working there. As far was actual duties, and priority items.
