      Pros

      Great management. It seems like they do care about you as an individual. The culture is also a plus. Not so stuffy. Plenty of opportunities to meet other people within in the company. Tons of happy hours and quarterly events. AND on top of all of that, the benefits are great & hours are flexible.

      Cons

      There’s not much that I don’t like about this company, but I would say better training opportunities and/or reimbursements.

      Pros

      Great benefits! 11 Floating Holidays per year 25 PTO Days per year Can flex hours throughout a month Great working environment The leadership truly shows that they care about its employees Undergoing an acquisition that could lead to more opportunities in the future

      Cons

      It is a smaller contracting company with a footprint in only a handful of spaces, so there isn't much variety in positions that you'd get in a bigger company.

      Culture is amazing. Leadership cares about you and your career. Down to earth people. Good benefits. 401k is good. Bonus opportunities They respond to your needs Flexible work schedules PTO is above industry standard
