Inconsistent communication. There are many communication problems with this company. From the corporate office to whatever site the employees work to management to the employees and, of course, the non-existent training. Seriously, if you've EVER worked for the federal government, than you know what an alphabet soup it can be and management expects you to learn all this in about 4 weeks which would be okay if they were UP FRONT about it--but its implied and subject to the employee's ability to mind read. HOWEVER, remember the best reason to work for this company, suck it up the soup and you too can be Tier 2 and then a project manager.
