Owners of the franchise were caring and kind people. Management got free meals, worked for salary, and paid time off.

Cons

Corporate did not properly support the store -- they lacked communication and training for our store. Overall I felt let down by the Johnny Rockets company.

The menu is simple Only a couple servers on the floor at a time Fast table turnover Fun environment

Cons

They say they're like a family but when you're sick or have a family emergency they don't bother to check on you . Management was young so the rules were always changing to make their job easier . Not a major con but I'm disappointed they're taking out the jukeboxes and don't dance or sing anymore.
